Training as Certified Integrative Mental Provider
Hi, I’m Holly.
I collaborate with my clients through integrative therapy approaches to help them achieve their highest-functioning, most authentic selves.
Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a doctor. But as I advanced in my education, I realized that prescribing medication or offering quick, one-time appointments wasn’t the kind of healing I wanted to provide. I became deeply drawn to understanding the “why” behind feeling stuck—helping people navigate trauma and life’s most difficult seasons. Mental health, how we think, and how we process experiences became my passion. Resolving core issues and empowering lasting change is now my life’s work.
I’ve been a clinician for over 13 years and opened my private practice a year ago. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in School Counseling. My journey began with internships at two suburban high schools, where I supported teenagers facing anxiety, depression, academic struggles, and family stressors. After graduation, I worked in an inpatient hospital setting, serving clients of all ages before transitioning to private practice. My professional dream has always been to own and operate a practice that allows me to reach more people than any one setting could.
I feel incredibly blessed to practice my calling. The challenges I’ve faced in life have taught me empathy, resilience, and how to hold space for others in their darkest moments. I’m known for my compassion, ability to relate, and yes—a little humor when it’s needed most. Sometimes, a light laugh can offer just enough relief to believe that healing is possible.
When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I’m a wife to a wonderful husband and a mom to two very active kids—a son and a daughter. My weekends usually involve traveling to hockey games or spending quality time with friends and family. I also love cooking, reading, going to concerts or comedy shows, and taking continuing education courses to grow as a clinician.
If you’re ready to let go of the past, work through what’s overwhelming, and create the future you desire—I’m here to help.
